Refund policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website using the "Cancel Contract" button (at https://bottombob.com/pages/vertrag-widerrufen). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation immediately (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

A. Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for:

  • the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
  • the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for:

  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • the supply of goods if these were, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
  • the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the seal was removed after delivery.

B. Special Notes on Personalized Products

For personalized products manufactured according to your individual specifications (e.g., custom prints), no right of cancellation exists. By ordering such products, you expressly agree that we will begin production immediately and that your right of cancellation expires upon commencement of production. Please carefully check all details (e.g., design, text, dimensions) before completing your order, as errors or change requests can no longer be considered after production has started. C. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
